The cursed car

I've decided our Suzuki is cursed. It has now been hit three times before we even took it in to get fixed for the first time. I have to admit that the last time was tonight, by me, as I backed our other car out of the driveway. The first time was neighbor backing out of her driveway and hitting our parked car. The second time was the most bizarre. Alan was driving through a small intersection (no lights) when a young woman pulled out and hit him in the middle of the car. I mean, talk about not paying attention. It is a dark car, but I think it's cursed.

On the up side, I took Emma to a Messiah sing in tonight. It was put on by three Layton stakes. The soloist were quite good. Our neighbor did a great job with the trumpet part. Emma got to the first intermission (an hour into it) before taking out her barbies, and she made it through the whole 1 hour 45 minute performance. Not bad for a seven year old. She says that she liked the music and I'm glad that I could introduce it to her. Handel's Messiah is one of the most glorious and profound pieces of music ever written.
