Emma's got Compton blood
No picture to go with this one, just a funny story. Last Saturday, I played War with Emma using a short deck of cards she got in her meal from Carls Jr. When we were done, she asked if we could play again. I told her I wanted to go downstairs and do some scrapbooking (it's been a long time). Emma then asked if I could show her how. I told her she could come down with me and I would teach her how to scrapbook while I did a page. She said, "No, not scrapbooking. Show me how to mix the cards." She wanted me to teach her how to shuffle. So, like the title says, the Compton blood is in her.

Hopefully she'll start wanting to play for money -- I'm tired of being the only poker player in the family, lol.
From shuffling cards to. . . betting pennies (remember that Paul?) and it only goes downhill from there. Before you know it, she'll be playing the addicting game of Settlers :)
